Highlights of Exclusive Agreement.
1. Exclusive means the Employment Agency will be the sole supplier of Candidates to fill the Vacancy. Each Recruitment Assignment received will be given priority against all other nonexclusive Recruitment Assignments. And because the Agreement is Exclusive, the Candidates we Introduce for the Vacancy will not be Introduced to other Clients before the Vacancy is Filled.
2. The Client shall pay the Employment Agency a Fee calculated as 8.34% of annual gross salary (Monthly Gross Salary x 12 Months x 8.34%) where it Engages, whether directly or indirectly, any Candidate introduced by the Employment Agency within 12 months from the date of the Introduction.
3. In the event of the Candidate leaving the Client’s service within the agreed Refund period of 1 month, Employment Agency will make 100% refund or a free replacement as per the Client’s request; if the Candidate is leaving the Client’s service within the next 2 months, Employment Agency will make a free Replacement at no extra cost. (Conditions apply for Refund and free Replacement.)

Highlights of Contingency Agreement.
1. Contingency means the Employment Agency will be one among other Employment Agencies contracted by the Client as a supplier of Candidates to fill the Vacancy. Each Recruitment Assignment received will be balanced against all other Recruitment Assignments. And because the Agreement is nonexclusive, the Candidates we Introduce for the Vacancy may also be Introduced to other Clients.
2. The Client shall pay the Employment Agency a Fee calculated as 8.34% of annual gross salary (Monthly Gross Salary x 12 Months x 8.34%) where it Engages, whether directly or indirectly, any Candidate introduced by the Employment Agency within 12 months from the date of the Introduction.
3. In the event of the Candidate leaving the Client’s service within the agreed Replacement period of 3 months, Employment Agency will make a free Replacement at no extra cost. (Conditions apply for free Replacement.)

Highlights of Contract Agreement.
1. Contract means the Candidate is hired on a temporary basis (Freelance and/or Consultant) by the Client. The Employment Agency shall, upon receipt of requirements from the Client regarding a Temporary Placement, source and supply Candidate(s) to provide services to the Client on a temporary basis.
2. The Client will pay Employment Agency 10-20% Fee of the complete project salary or at the standard rate specified in the Assignment Schedule for the time worked by the Candidate.
